This site is a free scholarship database. You can browse every listing without giving us anything. The only time we collect personal data is when you ask for deadline reminders, and this page explains exactly what happens then.
What we collect
When you submit the deadline reminder form we store your email address, the scholarship you asked to be reminded about (if you submitted the form from a specific listing), and the date and time you subscribed.
That is the complete list. We do not ask for your name, phone number, nationality, academic record, or any document.
Why we collect it
Solely to email you before a scholarship deadline closes. We do not use your address for anything else, and we do not send marketing about other services.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your email address to anyone.
- Share it with scholarship providers, universities or agents.
- Use it to send advertising on behalf of third parties.
- Charge you for anything on this site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and does not build a profile of you across other websites.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the scholarship you subscribed to has closed and the reminder is no longer useful. We review the list periodically and remove addresses that are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email info@devphantomtechnologies.com and we will action it within 30 days.
If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or another region with equivalent data protection law, these rights are guaranteed to you by statute. We honour them for everyone regardless of where you live.
Unsubscribing
Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you without asking why.
Links to other sites
Each listing links to the scholarship provider's official website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. Read theirs before submitting an application to them.
We never handle your actual scholarship application, and we never ask for application documents or payment.
Security
Subscriber data is stored on our server and is not exposed through any public page or API. Access is limited to the people who operate this site.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in a reminder email before they take effect.
